‘Wrong One!’: Fans Leave ‘Black Ink Crew: Chicago’ Star Charmaine Walker’ Second-Guessing Herself With Concerns About This

Black Ink Crew: Chicago” star Charmaine Walker and her husband Neek Bey are getting the third degree from social media on being first-time parents.

The couple are weeks away from meeting their unborn daughter, and they’re both getting everything prepared for their child ahead of time. Tuesday afternoon, Walker took to Instagram and posted a photo of herself and her husband standing outside of their Mercedes-Benz and holding a car seat.

Walker noted that she and Bey were excited about putting the car seat in their vehicle for the first time. She added in her caption, “Nola’s parents ready to put her car seat in the whip #2020ina2020”

People in her comments instantly noticed the size of the couple’s car seat and slammed them for allegedly purchasing the wrong item.

“That’s too big for a newborn ??‍♀️ You need a rear facing car seat first… that car seat is for baby when she gets a little older.. FYI.. you look beautiful”

“Get an infant car seat, where you can pop in & pop out! It will be welllllll worth it in the cold weather, rather then bucklin. That’s the wrong one!”

“That’s not an infant carseat love ? .. please get one for you newborn and her safety”

Fans of Walker immediately jumped to her defense against naysayers and added that the car seat was adjustable.

“Clearly that’s a 3 in 1 car seat ?.. I have this exact car seat and my baby has had it from birth. Ugh people are annoying,” said one person.

Another commented, “Y’all can stop it. That’s the car seat that you can change as the baby grows. I’m sure they’ve got this!! ????”

Walker replied back to the person, “had me second guessing lol.”

Walker and Bey announced they were expecting in December and revealed a few weeks later they were having a baby girl.

On Jan. 15, the “Black Ink Chicago” star posted a sonogram and told fans she was exactly 32 weeks and had eight more to go.

“She has had better photo opportunities lol we have a 4 pounder!” Walker exclaimed. “Right on track at 32 weeks ! 8 more to goooooo!”

The new mother and her husband will name their daughter “Nola Glenda Bey” to honor Walker’s late mother Glenda Walker, who passed away in October from an apparent heart attack.
