Dwight Howard has been the subject of rumors surrounding his perference for years. Harper says that Howard propositioned him with a threesome after inviting him over one evening but he declined. Despite this, Harper says a man still showed up that evening wearing a wig.

Going by the name Kitty, the third man was forced by Howard to perform oral sex on Harper who said he feared for his life and obliged. Harper said that Howard held him down while Kitty performed the act, later forcing Harper to also perform oral sex on him that evening. Harper is suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
