The hitmaking singer and reality star has been quietly wrapping up her divorce amidst rumors of rekindling her decades-old relationship with incarcerated rapper C-Murder. Monica met her ex-husband Shannon Brown on the set of the video for her single “Love All Over Me.” They shot a fictional wedding scene that set off their real-life love story. Unfortunately, that fairy tale fizzled out in 2019.
With the help of fellow reality star Kim Kardashian, she’s spent the last few years working on the release of New Orleans rapper C-Murder, whom she dated before he was arrested in 2009. Fans began joking about the union in April of this year when it became clear that Murder would probably not be getting out anytime soon.
Monica briefly sparked dating rumors with Kodak Black as well, after posting several videos with him alluding to them having a very deep connection. However, the man really cuddling up to the “The Boy is Mine” singer is Chris Brown’s manager, Anthony Wilson (also known as “Ant the Ladies Man”).
According to his bio, Anthony is “an artist manager, film and television executive, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.” He also works closely with 50 Cent on BMF and operates the Tycoon Music Festival.

Monica and Ant have known each other for years and he reportedly has already become a mainstay at her son’s basketball games. While Ant is known as a “ladies’ man,” some sites also report that Monica is well aware and ok with his lifestyle as long as she is considered the “main chick.” Ant has a history of industry women, he reportedly dated Chilli while still married to his ex-wife of over a decade.
