Actress Taraji P. Henson Done With Men In The United States, Says They’ve All Been Ran Through

Taraji P. Henson says that the “mens in America been ran through” in a recent sit down with Mary J Blige and Yung Miami. The Hollywood A-lister has hit movies, a successful career, and tons of adoring fans. Unfortunately, love has been hard to lock down for her. Taraji seems to believe that real love for her might be in another country.

Taraji P. Henson came into the game a single mother with a dream. As a result, she has never let love or the pursuit of a man derail her career. While she is rumored to have briefly dated her Baby Boy co-star Tyrese, Henson has also been linked to the likes of Common, Hill Harper, and Drake.

In 2008 she dated a pre-Kardashian, Lamar Odom, and seemed to be super happy with the NBA star. Odom also seemed smitten with the Benjamin Button actress and has spoken at length about how her love pushed him to some of his best performances while in the league. Sadly, Odom would ditch Henson for Khloe Kardashian. In the years since he’s opened up about how terrible he felt for how he let things fall off.

Kelvin Hayden seemed to be the one who would make things right for Henson. She and the NFL star had undeniable chemistry, and when he proposed to her, it looked like Henson was finally in her happily-ever-after era. She would later reveal that the couple hit some rough patches that not even the help of therapy could fix. They split in 2020 after five years of dating.

While chatting with Mary and Yung Miami, Henson reveals that no one has really taken up that slot yet, and these days she’s dating herself. “I don’t think he’s in America. I keep saying that,” she says before laughing.

Mary says she is also dating herself right now. “I take myself to dinner. I am dating myself.” Taraji recently revealed to Angie Martinez that she is on a search for happiness after admitting to being profoundly sad. She took herself to Bali for several weeks last year in search of meaning.
