Nina Thomas wife of current NFL free-agent Earl Thomas filed for divorce seven months after holding her husband at gun point for being in bed with two women. Nina Thomas submitted divorce paperwork on November 3 cited adultery and indicated there’s “no reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
Nina and Earl were involved in a heated encounter when police got a call according to court documents from the April 13 incident.
Police discovered Nina was chasing her husband around a car with a knife. Court documents said Nina logged into Earl’s Snapchat account where she saw a video of him and another woman. Once Nina found Earl she confronted him with his 9mm Beretta pistol. The 31-year-old was arrested on a felony charge of burglary with the intent of committing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon according to NY Post.
In October Thomas celebrated his wife’s 31st birthday in a Instagram post where he called her “the woman who I can talk to in the middle of the night” adding, “I love you wife.”
The couple has three children together and Nina wants to limit his access to them until “he takes a parenting course and can show evidence that he is able to care for the children for an extended period of time,” according to the documents.
