- 1½ ounces Hendrick’s gin
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 lemon peel
- 1 leaf lemon verbena
- 3 juniper berries
- 1 bottle (6.8 ounces) of Fever Tree tonic water
- Add gin to a wide-rimmed rocks glass or stemless red wine glass.
- Place a large ice cube in the glass and top it with a lime wheel.
- Squeeze a lemon peel on the inside of the glass to release its oils and place it on the ice cube.
- Add three juniper berries to the cube, pinching one to release its aroma.
- Slowly add tonic water to taste. You can add half the bottle for a more potent drink or more for a smoother finish.

- 2-oz. Glenmorangie Original
- 1/2 an Orange
- 2-oz. Tonic water
- 2-oz. Soda water
- Orange wedges to garnish
- Start by juicing half of an orange and setting the fresh juice aside.
- Grab a highball glass and fill it up with plenty of ice cubes and thick wedges of juicy orange.
- Pour the freshly squeezed juice over the top of the ice and orange wedges, mix it all together, and savor every sweet sip of your refreshing beverage.
