Florida man banned from United Airlines flight for wearing thong as mask

A Florida man was kicked off of a United Airlines flight for wearing a woman’s thong as a facemask according to KATV 7. Adam Jenne he chose to wear the thong in protest of the airline’s mask mandate. He also compared himself to Rosa Parks.

Jenne argues that he was in compliance with the mask mandate, as the red women’s panties covered both his nose and mouth. However,  staff on his Dec. 15 flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Washington, D.C. didn’t agree with him.

In a video recorded by another passenger, a flight attendant tells Jenne he needs to get off the airplane. Jenne asks why the attendant tells him it’s because he is “not in mask compliance.” Jenne is wearing the underwear on his face during the entire interaction and leaves the plane without incident after being asked.

The video captures another man asking why Jenne was kicked off before leaving the plane himself.

“Did he just get kicked off for wearing a mask?” asks the man. “I’m out of here, forget it. I’m out of here.”

Talking with WFTX News, Jenne says several passengers left the plane after his ejection, in alleged support of him.

United Airlines sent an email to Jenne after his ejection, letting him he is now banned from its airline until his case has been reviewed by the Passenger Incident Review Committee, WFTX reported.
