Rapper Megan Thee Stallion Confirms She Likes Females, Reveals She Looking For A New Girlfriend and Describes Her Type During IG Live Session

“Calling All Hotties!!” Megan Thee Stallion just made a stunning revelation when she recently confirmed via her own IG Live broadcast that she is indeed, into women.

Since the 2018 debut of her Tina Snow EP, Meg has not shown any signs of slowing down. The “Hot Girl” has been praised continuously for confidence, swag, lyricism, and defining what it means to be feminine for a new generation of women. She’s been compared to predecessors such as Trina and Lil Kim, amassed massive streaming numbers, and appeared on features with notable artists such as Wale and Juicy J, all within her first year of being introduced to the world. Megan has continued her winning streak in 2020, receiving her first Billboard Hot 100 with her single ‘Savage’ featuring Beyonce.

Earlier this week, the self-proclaimed Stallion released a new collaboration with Cardi B, titled ‘WAP’ which instantly went viral for all the right and wrong reasons. “WAP” is Megan The Stallion’s first release after the highly-publicized incident involving her and rapper Tory Lanez.

The single was released with a visual, filled with steamy, sensual moments between the two, and showcasing their choreography skills. Many have compared the Colin Tilley directed video to “Dr. Suess” but more of a wild ride featuring cameos from Kylie Jenner, Rosalia, Normani, Mulatto, Rubi Rose, and Sukihana.

Due to the nature of the video and song’s explicit content, some felt it was offensive. Before the official release, Cardi B went on Instagram to forewarn viewers about its content. “I just want to let y’all know, I wanna give you a heads up, with the music video, it’s going to be the censored version of the song, because the song is so nasty that YouTube was like, ‘Hold on, wait a minute, song might be too goddamn nasty.”

Despite the criticism, the song has garnered over 26 million views in one day, breaking the record for the biggest 24-hour debut for an all-female collaboration on Youtube.

Now, in a recent Instagram live chat, the rapper has revealed that she likes women. “I’m a free agent on the ladies side,” she exclaims in the video. “I’m looking for a new girlfriend… if anybody’s tryna be a hot girl.” Before this revelation, rumors of her sexuality have been swirling for some time. She opened up to British Vogue in an interview on the subject, revealing that she had kissed a few women, and she’s “not scared of the ladies”. However, she also stated her disdain for people always prying into her personal life and choices.

“Sometimes people try to put you in a box, right, and they try to put their views on you, and they try to make you behave how everybody in society feels you should behave,” she says to the publication. “But this is my s**t! This is my body, my mouth, my lyrics, this is what I want to say, this is how I want to act. I really want people to stop caring about how other people want them to live and to start to live for themselves. Cos I’m living for myself, and I’m doing d**n good with myself!”

Fans reacted in joy, while some also stated that they had known already. “SHES FOR THE GIRLSSS!” tweets one, while another one says, “The real hotties been knew” while quoting lyrics from the song “Captain Hook” off her Suga EP.
