Rachel Ruit yells racial slurs in viral video has since passed away after being struck by vehicle

Rachel Ruit is known for multiple viral videos that show her using racial slurs and verbally harassing people. Ruit was recently charged with simple assault, second-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct after an July 4th incident.  A spokesperson for the Asheville Police Department has confirmed Ruit, a woman who was hit by a vehicle on July 13 in downtown Asheville, has passed away according to ABC 13.

Once police got to the scene of the crash they said Ruit was suffering from life-threatening injuries. She was sent to the hospital following the crash.
